| (Definition) Ghetto Lipgloss is slang for Vaseline Petroleum Jelly. It is purchased by females who are too broke-ass or cannot afford to buy regular lipgloss or lipstick. It basically does the same thing regular lipgloss does, such as providing shine and a little color to the lips, but for a fraction of the cost. |
